Tyler, the Creator’s Gets $7.9 million for Bel Air Contemporary Residence

Tyler, the Creator placed his impressive Bel Air home on the market and has received an offer of $7.9 million for the home records reveal the buyers are New York-based design partners Tony Ingrao and Randy Kemper — principals of the architecture and interior design firm Ingrao, according to Dirt.


The single-story structure was built in 1965 and is hidden away behind gates and a secluded cul-de-sac, on a hillside parcel spanning over an acre. With Four bedrooms and five baths can be found in just over 5,800 square feet living space, which is adorned throughout with travertine floors, plus walls of glass providing picturesque mountain and city lights views.
