Irv Gotti Spends $10 Million on Revamped Encino Mansion

Irv Gotti, the CEO of hip hop record label Murder Inc, recently purchased a newly renovated Los Angeles mansion for just over $10 million.

The hip hop record exec recently inked a $300 million deal with Iconoclast for a 50-percent ownership stake of his master recordings, plus funding for film and TV projects. And also signed a new distribution deal with 300 Elektra Entertainment.

According to Dirt, the property was built in the early 1990s and rest in the guard-gated Royal Oaks neighborhood. The white brick and shingled structure has seven bedrooms and nine baths in almost 10,700 square feet of open-plan living space boasting walls of glass providing seamless indoor/outdoor environs. Amenities range from a gym with steam shower to a wine cellar, library and movie theater.
