Usher Is the Latest Face of SKIMS Mens Campaign

Usher is the new face of SKIMS’ latest men’s campaign. The legendary R&B singer is introducing the brand’s newest “Stretch” and “Cotton” pieces in new colors including “Stone,” “Midnight Blue,” “Military” and “Oxblood.”.

“When I was asked to partner with SKIMS Mens, I was so humbled,” Usher said in a statement. “Kim’s been a longtime friend of mine who’s always been so supportive of my work, so the opportunity to collaborate together on a campaign that supports both of our highly anticipated launches made total sense.”

“Launching this campaign ahead of multiple career milestones feels like a full circle moment,” he added. The campaign arrives ahead of Usher’s next album, COMING HOME, which is set for release on February 9th and the upcoming Super Bowl LVIII performance on February 11th.

Usher says he played Kim Kardashian his new album and called her “a fairy god-A&R.”

“She listened to my album. She’s, believe it or not, like a fairy god-A&R, just to give you at least an opinion. But we curated a very small group of people in Las Vegas. She listened to the album, and she was like, ‘I want to do something to be supportive of what you’re doing.’ And this was one of the things that we did as a result of our friendship,” he explains.

There will be an exclusive digital download version of the record, featuring an alternative cover and a bonus track titled “Naked,” available via SKIMS’ webstore.

Skims Mens will be available to purchase on Skims.com on Feb. 12 in sizes XS-5X with prices ranging from $16-$44 for single pieces and $42-$98 for packs.
