TLC partners with apparel brand Good American for “CrazySexyGood” campaign

TLC has partnered with apparel brand Good American for a “CrazySexyGood,” campaign centered around female empowerment and inspired by their uplifting 1999 anthem, “Unpretty.”

“When Good American approached us to collaborate on this campaign, it was an absolute no brainer—their message of empowering women is everything we’ve always stood for as a group,” shares Chilli. “It’s rare to see a brand like Good American so unapologetically preaching that women don’t need to change their bodies, their style, or who they are to be considered ‘sexy’, and this is something that has always been important to us as well.”

“CrazySexyGood” pairs ’90s nostalgia with Good American denim, puffer coats, and leather pieces. In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Chilli revealed she loves the timelessness of the Good American jeans while T-Boz expressed her love for the comfortability and sleekness of their Better Than Leather collection.

“The message that we hope to convey through ‘Unpretty’ and this campaign is to be confident, resilient, and not to let hurtful comments change who you are,” adds T-Boz.

“Having paved the way in both music and fashion, as well as acting as trailblazers on social matters, TLC represents the Good American woman in the best possible way, which is why it felt so natural for us to celebrate them with this campaign” said Good American co-founder and CEO Emma Grede.
